Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@hotstore.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
